Position Details

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter Preferred

Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, monthly financial closure, MIS reporting, audit coordination, banking operations and inventory accounting. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely compliance and effective support to management.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries in ERP.

· Complete monthly book closure including provisions, accruals, depreciation and reconciliations.

· Prepare and file GST returns and perform GST reconciliations.

· Prepare TDS workings, deposit taxes and file quarterly TDS returns.





· Prepare monthly MIS including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and variance analysis.

· Coordinate statutory, tax, internal and stock audits and close audit observations.

· Prepare monthly stock statements for banks and support stock audits.

· Handle bank reconciliations, loan documentation, CC/Term Loan compliance and treasury activities.

· Reconcile customer, vendor and GL balances.

· Support budgeting, cash flow planning and process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
