Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and practical training in SAP MM, SAP HR (HCM), and SAP FICO.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using real-world business scenarios.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in projects, certification preparation, and interview readiness.
- Monitor student progress and provide mentoring.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry practices.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of SAP MM, SAP HR (HCM), and SAP FICO.
- Good understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to handle both classroom and online training sessions.
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
- Relevant SAP certification and prior teaching/industry experience preferred.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of SAP training and/or industry experience.
