Key Responsibilities

- Design test cases and scenarios to validate product functionality and performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality requirements.
- Execute tests manually or through automated testing tools to detect defects and ensure reliability.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test results, and findings.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.




- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders regarding product functionalities.
- Work with IT teams to ensure suitable test environments are configured and maintained for automated/manual software testing

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E in CS / IT/MCA/Diploma
