About the Internship:
Internship Period: July to September, 2026.
Location: Times Square building, Marol Metro station, Andheri, Mumbai.
Walk in for interviews: Monday - Friday (11AM - 4PM)
Full time : 12000-15000/- per month (9 Hours)
Working Day's : 6 Day's Working ( Rotational Week Off )
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Handling customer services related tasks
2. Replying to emails and chat
3. Handling inbound and outbound calls when required
Basic Requirements:-
1) Fluency in English and Hindi - other regional languages optional.
2) Valuable Comprehension skills - should be able to understand a Customer's emotions on calls/emails/ chats.
3) Good grasping power - should be a quick learner and pick up on process information effortlessly.
4) Should be well versed with the basics of e-commerce.
5) Should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn concepts.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
