As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic General Manager to help professionalize our operations, build scalable processes, and drive business excellence.

About the Role

This is not a conventional managerial role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial generalist who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and building systems.

You will work directly with the founders to oversee day-to-day business operations while driving process improvements, team performance, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, dispatch, and support staff.
- Monitor order execution, inventory movement, and customer fulfillment.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Track business performance through reports, KPIs, and MIS dashboards.
- Ensure timely and accurate operational updates to the leadership team.




- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution.
- Support technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 3–8 years of experience in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Distribution, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel, MIS reports, and business data.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in automotive, distribution, FMCG, retail, or logistics is preferred.
