JOB PROFILE:

- Understand programme schedule requirements and create production plans as per order
- Plan, schedule, monitor and control material requirements for production, including plans for manufacturing kits review shortage of material and work with supply chain, part inspection team to mitigate material shortage
- Review the production progress on daily basis and manage the data all required part
- Planning all the material requirement as per order
- Develop new vendor for cost reduction & better quality
- Forecast material requirements & and planning to order all material as per demand
- Segregate all the part and distribute to all respective vendors and give them proper guide for reducing machine part error
- Check all material as per order and responsible debit note in case of any malfunctions.
- Providing all part to assembly department as per time

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Good knowledge & productive in MS excel, word, AutoCAD
- B.E Mechanical, Diploma or equivalent
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report
- Maintain Drawing Register & project related documents in order
