- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital case files.
- Prepare, photocopy, scan, print, and bind legal documents.
- File documents with courts and government authorities, as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier, and postal mail.
- Maintain records of case files, deadlines, and document submissions.
- Coordinate with advocates, clients, court officials, and external agencies.
- Perform court runs, document collection, and filing when required.
- Ensure confidentiality of all legal documents and client information.
- Perform any other clerical or administrative duties assigned by senior lawyers or management.
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of legal procedures and court documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook) and internet applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
