About the Role: BROWNROOF Consulting Services is urgently hiring International Voice Process professionals for a premium, fast-growing US-based financial process. This is a full-time, Work from Office position based at our client's state-of-the-art facility in Thane.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Communicate directly with US-based customers over the phone regarding accounts, premium billing queries, and payment schedules.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial payment timelines and recovery plans in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Analyze customer account histories to provide accurate updates and maintain compliance with international guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders to meet daily quality and performance targets.
- Ensure precise documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM database.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in an International Voice Process (Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Collections).
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills with a strong capability to convince and handle queries.
- Shift Comfort: Absolute willingness to work permanent US Night Shifts (Fixed schedules).

Candidates must currently reside in Thane or adjacent Mumbai suburban locations (with a manageable daily commute to the Thane facility).
- Qualifications: Open to both Graduates and Undergraduates.
- Please Note: This role is not open to freshers or candidates with only domestic voice experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (In-hand, commensurate with experience).
