We are looking for a Science Coach who can train students to think scientifically, not just study chapters.

A Science Coach at SEZ is:

- Not someone who just explains theory
- But someone who builds clear understanding + application ability

Your goal is to make students:

Understand concepts deeply

Visualize and connect ideas

Apply knowledge in questions and real life

Learn independently using systems

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Concept-Based Learning System Design

- Break chapters into:
- Concepts → Visualization → Examples → Application
- Design structured learning paths for each student
- Focus on understanding first, then memorization (if needed)

2. Student Analysis (Core Role)

- Identify real problems like:
- Concept confusion (e.g., force vs pressure, chemical reactions misunderstanding)
- Ratta learning without understanding
- Weak application in numericals or diagrams
- Lack of revision or retention
- Use data from:
- Tests
- Work completion
- Doubts

3. Doubt Solving (Clarity Focus)

- Don’t just give answers
- Help students:
- Visualize concepts
- Connect topics
- Understand “why it happens”

4. Practice & Work Management

- Assign structured work:
- Concept-based questions
- Application-based problems
- Diagrams, numericals, case-based questions
- Track:
- Completion
- Accuracy
- Understanding level

5. Strong Subject Knowledge

You should be confident in:

Physics





- Concepts + numericals + logic

Chemistry

- Reactions + concepts + memory techniques

Biology

- Concept clarity + diagrams + structured learning

Also understand:

- Board patterns (CBSE, ICSE, GSEB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Exam-oriented preparation strategies

6. AI & Smart Learning Tools

- Use AI tools to:
- Explain concepts visually
- Generate questions
- Create summaries
- Find best resources:
- Videos
- Diagrams
- Notes
- Real-life examples

7. System-Based Teaching Approach

- Work with structured dashboards
- Track student progress regularly
- Improve learning systems based on performance
