2Project Team Management: Supervising project staff, labour, and third-party agencies involved in project execution.

3Material Management : Coordinating material procurement based on project requirements and following up with the purchase department.

5Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the project's progress and provide regular updates to the head office.

6Site Accounting & Documentation : Managing site accounts, including verification of purchase bills and material receipts.

7Department Coordination : Coordinating with billing engineers and other relevant departments.

Handling all correspondence related to the project with clients, consultants, and internal departments.

9Quality & Safety Assurance : Ensuring quality control and enforcing safety standards at the site.

10Staff Allocation : Distributing work responsibilities among site staff.

11Comprehensive Quality Control : Overseeing the project’s budget, schedule, and staff performance; regularly reporting on overall project status.

12Standards Compliance : Monitoring adherence to applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and all Compliences
