We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant who can implement,
configure, and optimize Zoho applications based on business requirements. The ideal
candidate should have robust knowledge of Zoho products, implementation methodologies, business process mapping, and project management using Zoho Projects.
Key Responsibilities -
● Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
● Design and implement Zoho solutions to meet business needs.
● Configure and customize Zoho applications.
● Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects.
● Create workflows, automation, approval processes, and reports.
● Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs.
● Coordinate with technical teams during development and deployment.
● Conduct UAT and provide user training.
● Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, SOPs, and implementation guides.
● Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support.
● Manage project timelines and deliverables using Zoho Projects.

● Deluge scripting

● Planning and tracking projects using Zoho Projects.

Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
● Zoho certifications are preferred.
● Experience in end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation is an advantage.
Nice to Have
● Experience with finance or accounting workflows.
● Experience implementing HRMS, CRM, Help Desk, or Contract Management
solutions.
● Experience integrating payment gateways, telephony systems, or document
management solutions.
● Knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR).
