Job Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Prepare and maintain daily inventory reports and stock reconciliation.
- Manage material receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatch entries in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routing data in the ERP system.
- Generate and analyze production data, material consumption reports, and variance reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate discrepancies.
- Track inventory movement and ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Prepare MIS reports related to inventory, production, and stock aging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Visit the company's manufacturing units at Kala Amb and Rajpura as required to understand production processes, inventory flow, and operational requirements, ensuring effective coordination with the factory team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
