We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
- Prepare daily performance reports and share updates with management.
- Resolve team escalations and provide timely support.
- Drive team engagement and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales process.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.




- Solid communication and analytical abilities.
- Experience handling team targets, reporting, and coaching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
