MentorsDaily is a UPSC preparation platform built around self-study-based mentorship. We're not a mass-market coaching factory — we work closely with reliable aspirants, and we're looking for someone who can guide them, not push them.
What you'll do:
- Speak with UPSC aspirants who've shown interest in our programs (inbound + follow-ups)
- Understand their preparation stage, gaps, and goals — then recommend the right program honestly
- Own your pipeline: follow-ups, counseling calls, closures, and admission documentation
- Share ground-level feedback with the founder to improve our programs and pitch
Who fits:
- You understand the UPSC ecosystem — as an ex-aspirant, someone from an aspirant-heavy circle, or someone who has worked in test-prep
- Fluent Hindi + working English; comfortable on long phone conversations
- Patient, honest, persistent — you'd rather build trust over 3 calls than force a close in 1
- 0–3 years experience; freshers with UPSC background welcome
