Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive a seamless onboarding and employee integration experience.
- Develop, strengthen, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure consistent application and adoption of HR policies across the organisation.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and HR operations.
- Administer and optimise recruitment workflows and ATS platforms.
- Act as a key HR partner for employees and business stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts.
- Assist with office operations and administrative processes as required.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, process efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in human resources, especially in the advertising or media industry
- Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using HR management systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A degree in HR, business administration, or a related fieldExperience
- 10+ years of HR experience.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
- Proven experience independently managing recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience building and maturing HR processes in startup, SME, or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to operate effectively in a standalone HR role.
