Role Description The Senior Manager – GovTech Consulting and Key Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role is responsible for leading consulting engagements with government and public sector clients, understanding their digital transformation objectives, and translating them into actionable technology solutions and roadmaps. The Senior Manager will oversee key accounts, nurture long-term client relationships,



manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely delivery of projects in alignment with compliance and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include supervising cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical and product units, preparing proposals and presentations, driving requirements gathering and solution design workshops, and monitoring project performance and risk. The role also involves identifying current business opportunities within existing government accounts, contributing to bids and tenders, and representing the company in client meetings, reviews, and e-governance forums.
Qualifications

- Strong experience in government or public sector consulting, including requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation oversight for GovTech or e-governance projects.
- Proven key account management skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive account growth and retention.
- Demonstrated project and program management capabilities, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Understanding of government processes
