Role: Sr GWCC QA Tester

Work Hours: 3:30am- 11:30am ET

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter QA Tester to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise Guidewire ClaimCenter applications supporting Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance.

The ideal candidate has extensive Guidewire ClaimCenter testing experience, strong SQL skills, expertise in integration testing, and a proven track record delivering successful Guidewire implementations within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Guidewire ClaimCenter applications.
- Lead functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Validate integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, SAP, and legacy mainframe systems.
- Perform SQL-based data validation and support migration and conversion testing initiatives.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with business analysts, developers,



and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
- Investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and validation of fixes.
- Estimate testing effort, coordinate QA activities, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter testing experience.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter integration testing.
- Working knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and testing.
- Experience with migration and conversion testing.
- Experience using Jira, Rally, or Microsoft Test Manager.
- Experience with SoapUI and XML.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience integrating with legacy mainframe and SAP systems.
- Property & Casualty Insurance experience is required.
- Commercial Insurance experience is preferred.
