Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Dehradun, contributing to projects from concept through completion. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role involves participating in client meetings, refining design concepts,



and supporting project documentation and presentations. The Architect will also assist with project scheduling, collaboration with construction teams, and maintaining quality standards across all deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed drawings.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution is encouraged
