Experience

● 3–4 years in franchise sales, business development, or channel partner acquisition.

● Experience in retail, fashion, F&B;, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred.

● Should have successfully onboarded franchise partners or dealers.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

● MBA (Marketing/Sales) is a plus but not mandatory.

● Robust understanding of franchise models and retail expansion.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Comfortable with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

● Willingness to travel for franchise meetings and site visits.

● The existing network of investors, retailers, or franchise consultants is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate franchise leads through online and offline channels.





● Conduct discovery calls and franchise presentations.

● Explain investment models, ROI, and business opportunities.

● Qualify potential franchise partners.

● Coordinate franchise documentation and onboarding.

● Work with marketing to generate franchise enquiries.

● Maintain a CRM pipeline and monthly sales reports.

● Attend franchise expos and networking events.

● Build relationships with brokers and franchise consultants.
