- Robust programming skills – preferably Python and JavaScript
- SQL expertise – joins, basic SQL functions
- System integrations using APIs/ microservices/ inbuilt connectors
- Good communication and positive attitude
- Knowledge of marketing domain and marketing tools
- Strong understanding of data concepts, including data profiling and data object schema design
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with low-code/no-code system integrations
- Willingness to learn new technologies and toolsets
