Role Description The Project Sourcing Specialist for retained technology GTM (go-to-market) projects will identify, qualify, and secure suitable technology-focused GTM projects and partners on a revenue share–only basis. This remote role involves researching potential clients and initiatives, assessing strategic fit, and building relationships with leadership teams, founders, and decision-makers in the technology and innovation space. The specialist will coordinate outreach, manage communication pipelines, support basic contract and commercial discussions, and ensure projects are aligned with the organization's vision of conscious, impact-driven leadership.



Day-to-day activities include market mapping, talent and partner scouting, tracking opportunities in a simple CRM or spreadsheet, and collaborating closely with the founder on prioritization and deal progress. The role is performance-based, with compensation linked to revenue generated from sourced and successfully closed projects.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to research markets, evaluate GTM opportunities, and assess project viability.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage leaders, present value propositions clearly, and maintain professional remote correspondence.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to support commercial discussions, structure revenue-share agreements, and help close retained projects.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills to identify and approach high-potential clients, collaborators, and technology partners.
- Familiarity with technology startups, GTM strategy, or consulting environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple leads, and stay organized with basic tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM, online communication platforms).
- Comfort with performance-based, revenue-share compensation models and an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset.
- Interest in leadership, innovation, and cross-cultural or philosophical perspectives on business is an advantage.
