Job Description - Business Analyst - User task execution and coordination | Core Banking Implementation (FLEXCUBE/ CASA)

Open Position:

- Total experience: 10-15 years. Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the banking domain.

Role Summary





To drive business-side readiness activities for the core banking implementation, including procedures, training, UAT, BCP, and migration support, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and document to-be CASA workflows, procedures, and operating manuals.
- Develop training strategy, materials, and support training delivery.
- Coordinate business readiness activities across operations, IT, and vendor teams.
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and business sign-off.
- Assist with migration readiness, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Update or design BCP procedures, including fallback processes and communication trees.

Required Experience

- 10-15 years of overall experience, including robust BA experience in banking.
- Experience in operational readiness activities such as procedures, training, UAT, migration, and BCP.
- CASA operations experience is preferred.

Required Skills

- Business analysis and process mapping
- Training material preparation and coordination
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, and Confluence

Preferred Skills

- FLEXCUBE implementation/support experience
- Experience working across geographies and with overseas users
