About The Role

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified – ICAI) to join its Finance & Accounts team.

We welcome applications from freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and experienced professionals passionate about financial reporting, taxation, auditing, costing, compliance, budgeting, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Review books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare management reports (MIS) and financial dashboards.

Taxation & Compliance

- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review tax returns and statutory filings.




- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for assessments and notices.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.

Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Cost, and Tax Audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Assist in implementing audit recommendations.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform variance analysis and profitability reporting.
- Assist management in financial decision-making.

Costing & Business Finance

- Monitor product costing and inventory valuation.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and operational efficiencies.
- Support pricing and profitability analysis.

Banking & Treasury

- Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Assist in loan documentation and banking compliance.

Eligibility

- Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)
- Freshly qualified CAs (2025 & 2026 batches) are encouraged to apply.
