Title: Safety Head (Project HSE Head) – Data Center Projects

Location: Noida

Experience: 10-15 years of HSE experience with minimum 5 years in Data Center, Industrial, or Mission-Critical Projects.

Position Overview:

Responsible for leading all HSE activities for Data Center construction projects, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company standards while driving a zero-incident safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Project HSE Management Plans and safety strategies.
- Ensure compliance with BOCW, NBC, OSHA standards, IS Codes, and statutory requirements.
- Lead HIRA, JSA, Method Statements, PTW systems, and Emergency Response Plans.
- Manage safety for excavation, steel erection, scaffolding, lifting operations, electrical works, MEP, HVAC, confined space, and work-at-height activities.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations,



and root cause analyses.
- Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, mock drills, and competency training.
- Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, dust, and noise control.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- NEBOSH/OSHA certification preferred.
- 10-15 years of HSE experience with minimum 5 years in Data Center, Industrial, or Mission-Critical Projects.

Technical Skills:

HSE Management Systems, PTW, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Emergency Planning, HSE Auditing, Microsoft Office.
