We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Content Creator & Social Media Content Trainer to develop engaging digital content while training students or professionals in social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with content strategy, short-form video production, social media platforms, and the ability to teach practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and other visual content.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and trends.

Training & Mentoring
- Deliver practical training sessions on social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Teach content planning, storytelling, copywriting, branding, and audience engagement.
- Train learners on video creation, editing tools, AI-powered content tools, and platform best practices.
- Conduct workshops, assignments, and live demonstrations.
- Mentor participants by reviewing their content and providing constructive feedback.

Required Skills




- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Knowledge of video production, editing, and basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation platforms.
- Robust presentation and classroom facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing social media content and campaigns.
