Position Responsibilities :

- Support, maintain, and enhance ERP platforms and core financial systems, including General Ledger, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and connected systems.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, Revenue, Tax, and Audit teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs and solutions.
- Design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Lead and contribute to ERP integrations between financial systems and adjacent platforms such as CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouses, and third‑party vendors.
- Utilize integration platforms (iPaaS) to build, monitor, and support reliable, secure, and auditable system interfaces.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex ERP, integration, and data issues, ensuring accuracy of financial data and system reliability.
- Participate in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing,



and release management for ERP and finance-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business system analysts, developers, and project managers to evaluate technical options and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration documentation, and operational runbooks to support system integrity, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve processes, data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and change management (release) process to develop and implement current applications and updates to existing applications
- Interface with third-party software vendors to escalate and resolve integration and software/technical issues
- Maintain pulse on emerging tools, software practices, and technologies to improve solution cost and quality
