The Role:

The Territory Manager would be responsible for driving sales growth across our poultry

product portfolio within the assigned territory of Bihar. You will build strong relationships

with key decision-makers at poultry farms, hatcheries, distributors, and other relevant

businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

 Conduct effective product presentations and negotiations.

 Improve brand awareness in the designated territory to bring more sales for the

company.





 Execute company-wide efforts and design innovative tactics specific to the territory

to meet or surpass predetermined sales targets.

 Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies, analyse market

trends, customer information, and competitor data.

 Cultivate and maintain positive connections with clients and important accounts.

 Gather market intelligence and identify current business opportunities.

 Oversee timely order fulfilment and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Monitor and analyse sales performance and reports.

 Participate in industry events and trade shows.
