- Manual testing experience in Embedded/Printer domain with Firmware Testing
- Strong Print / Similar IOT ecosystem engineering knowledge.
- Valuable in understanding the new process and features. Create custom training plans needed for Home and SMB validation.
- Ability to understand / derive customer insights to close the loop
- Sound knowledge of Test tools like JIRA.
- Well verse with Jira & Defect Characterization. Reporting and Analysis from the results as data points.
- Triage and troubleshooting for defect reproducing experience.
