As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and
onboarding top talent across various functions including retail sales,
merchandising, production, and corporate roles. You will support the HR team in
building a skilled, culturally aligned workforce to strengthen the brand’s
luxury positioning.

Key Responsibility-

â Understand manpower requirements
from department heads (Sales, Design, Merchandising, Production, etc.).

â Draft and post job descriptions
across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.).

â Source candidates through portals,
referrals, social media, and campus tie-ups.

â Conduct initial screening
interviews and shortlist quality profiles.

Requirements
â Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.

â Proficiency in using job portals
and LinkedIn Recruiter.

â Understanding of luxury or jewelry
industry roles are a plus.

â Basic knowledge of HR
documentation and compliance.
