Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid delivery experience in Retail or E-Commerce technology environments. This role requires hands-on project leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and strong domain expertise to manage complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of Retail/E-Commerce technology projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, delivery milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and escalation workflows are properly maintained.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, product, design, and business teams.




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Ensure alignment across all teams for smooth execution.

Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project updates, dashboards, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership.
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders and global teams.
- Ensure project objectives remain aligned with business goals and KPIs.

Process & Governance
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and compliance materials.
- Drive adherence to SDLC, Agile, and governance standards.
- Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and delivery metrics.

Technical Orientation
- Have a strong understanding of Retail/E-Commerce systems, integrations, data flows, and architecture basics.
- Support discussions involving API workflows, system dependencies, and technology impacts.
