Position - Associate Manager

Qualifications - CA/CPA/CMA

Salary - 8 -12 LPA

Experience - 3-5 years

Working Days: Mon - Fri (5 working Days)

Accounting Software - Tally, Microsoft Excel

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days preferred

Roles and Responsibilities -

1. Supervise Financial Operations - Handle daily accounting and finance tasks.

2. Financial Reporting - Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting - Create and track budgets and financial forecasts.

4. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.

5. Audit Coordination - Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.

6. Cash Flow Management - Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.

7. Accounts Payable/Receivable Oversight - Supervise billing, collections, and vendor payments.

8. General Ledger Maintenance - Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions.

9. Cost Control - Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.

Financial Analysis - Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

11. ERP and Financial Systems Management - Maintain and improve financial software and systems.

12. Team Leadership - Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

13. Internal Controls - Design and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets.

14. Tax Planning and Filing - Oversee tax planning, compliance, and timely filing of returns.

15. Payroll processing - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary computation, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement.

16. Stakeholder Reporting - Provide financial insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

17. Investment Analysis - Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks.

18. Policy Development - Develop and update financial policies and procedures.
