About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to own and manage our outbound sales pipeline. In this role, you will lead our growth efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value B2B leads.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B outbound sales (preferably within an agency or SaaS environment), possesses top-tier English communication skills, and thrives in a target-driven, high-ownership setting. Experience selling design, branding, Webflow, or tech services to international clients (especially North America) is a massive plus.

Key Responsibilities

As a BDE, your day-to-day responsibilities will bridge market research, strategic outreach, and relationship building:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate highly qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach,



and targeted market research.
- Pipeline Management: Manage outbound prospecting workflows and maintain rigorous, consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Qualification & Discovery: Qualify inbound/outbound leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), budget alignment, and project fit.
- Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with decision-makers to build trust, schedule discovery calls, and smoothly hand off qualified leads to the internal team.
- Deal Support: Assist the leadership team in preparing proposals, presentations, and closing deals.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain, update, and manage the CRM with 100% accurate, real-time lead statuses and data.
- Target Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation, pipeline velocity, and sales targets.
