We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Head who can ensure the performance, reliability, and consistency of technical equipment as per business requirements by overseeing maintenance excellence, resource efficiency, and continuous innovation adoption while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.The person should have an extensive experience in the paper industry, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of systems within the paper manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Reliability & Maintenance Excellence
- Ensure the upkeep and reliability of assets through structured maintenance planning.
- Analyze critical equipment using technical methodologies (e.g., RPN number).
- Identify and address root causes of failures to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Implement world-class maintenance strategies to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Optimize maintenance shutdown planning and resource allocation.

2. Equipment Efficiency & Resource Optimization
- Track and analyze efficiency levels of plant equipment.




- Improve and sustain efficiency at optimum levels.
- Optimize resource utilization to reduce maintenance costs.

3. Resource Planning & Cost Efficiency
- Plan and execute maintenance activities within budget constraints.
- Manage cost-effective resource exchanges and procurement.

4. Innovation & Best Practices Adoption
- Explore and implement creative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Develop in-house capabilities for adopting industry best practices.
- Ensure alignment with the latest technological advancements.

5. Inventory Control & Documentation Standards
- Ensure compliance with inventory standards and optimize inventory costs.
- Implement best practices for inventory control.
- Maintain plant documentation as per industry standards.
- Ensure availability and operation of critical equipment.
