We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and custom Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code on Salesforce platform
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment scripts
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Admins, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Salesforce solutions

Mandatory Skills:




- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II

Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
