Job Description:
- Balance Sheet reconciliations x 3 entities (summary main accounts every month, Detailed quarterly)
- preparation for Monthly BAS x 3 entities
- month end journals (Accruals, Rebates) x 3 entities (backup support)
- Understand and assist with Payroll accounting tasks when required (not payroll prep or function)
- Preparation of monthly P&L;, Bal sheet reporting pack for review (2 packs) 1st review through to CFO review
- Variance to budget and previous year Analysis
- Manufacturing accounting
- Inventory analysis , purchasing and stock on hand accounting
- STD costing and moving average accounting impact on reports
- Sage 300 SME as 1st tier admin
- Xero accounting for a USA Entity
- Financial accounting for four smaller entities minimal entries (RC Services, NME, Singapore & Dog Cloud Aust)
- Adhoc reporting and tasks as instructed by the CFO
