Team Pakka is looking for Pulp Mill Electrical Head who will be responsible for installation of new equipments, conduction of
routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment faults on site.

The key
outcomes expected from one in this role would be:
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, tackles, and measuring instruments.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Demineralization (DM) systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure adherence to electrical and general safety standards and protocols.




- Ensure timely and effective maintenance services to meet production schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of electrical components and materials.
- Utilize SAP for maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4-8 years in Pulp Mill electrical maintenance preferably from Pulp and Paper industry.
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, machinery upkeep, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in SAP and other maintenance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
