Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing,
implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand
awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role involves creating
high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance
metrics, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall marketing
objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop
and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve marketing
and business goals.
- Identify
and target the appropriate audience for each social media platform.
- Stay
up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

2. Content Creation and Management:
- Create
and curate engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media
platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop
a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all
channels.
- Collaborate
with graphic designers, copywriters,



and other team members to produce
multimedia content.
- Write
compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions tailored to each
platform.

3. Community Management:
- Monitor,
respond to, and engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
- Address
customer inquiries and complaints promptly on social platforms.
- Foster
relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.

4. Campaign Management:
- Plan,
execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Optimize
campaigns for performance, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate
with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader
marketing initiatives.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track
and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement,
follower growth, and conversions.
