- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate real-world applications and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and a conducive learning workplace in the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and maintain an inclusive classroom culture.
- Student Development:
- Identify individual student needs and provide additional support or enrichment as required.
- Mentor students for academic competitions such as Olympiads, NTSE, and other mathematics-related contests.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and integrate innovative teaching practices.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field (e.g., M.Sc. Mathematics).
