AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Customer Advisors to generate & convert leads into Sales. Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
- Help out with the setup of the showroom and the promotional displays.
- Lead a hand to Accessories Executive in promoting Genuine Tata Accessories sale.
- Provide assistance to customers in completion the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Do a complete follow-up of all leads till conclusion; ensuring proper Data Capturing with ID proofs, Documentation for TATA Motors claims, etc.
- Be a part of End-to-End process; Customer Greetings >Data Capturing > Test Drive Offering > Facilitation in Finance and Exchange(if Req)> Accessories Pitching> Payment Collection >Bil
