ROLE SUMMARY
As an Operations Manager at our venture builder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient processes across all functions. You will play a critical role in optimizing resources,
improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the growth and scalability of our venture builder ecosystem. With your strong background in operations and project management, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise efficiency and streamline processes across all functions.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the venture builder, including resource allocation, project management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
