1. The Technology Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Cloud solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
4. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
5. Design, customize, configure and test C4C.
6. Identify gaps, issues,
and work around solutions.
7. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
8. Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.
9. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
10. Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
11. Provide consulting services on both current implementations and existing support projects • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
12. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
13. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
