We are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to coordinate and support testing activities across projects. The role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring test execution while working closely with test teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing activities across small to medium-sized test teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and track test plans, test schedules, and test deliverables.
- Ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and requirements.
- Monitor test execution progress and report test status, risks, and issues.
- Support optimization of testing activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as a key point of contact between testers, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes,



and best practices.
- Coordinate defect management, retesting, and regression testing activities.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation

Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Test Coordinator or similar role within a test environment.
- Experience coordinating small to medium-sized testing teams.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycles.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple testing activities.
- Solid communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
