Responsibilities:

HRBP & Employee Engagement:

â Act as the primary HR point of contact for the US Sales team.

â Conduct regular People Connect sessions to understand employee morale, concerns, and suggestions.

â Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to night-shift and sales workforce dynamics.

â Support managers with HR guidance on workforce planning, team issues, and motivation strategies.

Grievance Handling & Employee Relations:

â Manage employee grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely resolution.

â Work closely with senior HR and leadership on sensitive or escalated cases.

â Ensure a fair, transparent,



and compliant approach to employee relations. Data Management & HR Operations:

â Maintain accurate employee records including personal data, performance updates, attendance, leave records, and HR documents.

â Prepare monthly HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review.

â Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth processing of employee-related operations.

Exit & Off boarding Management:

â Handle end-to-end exit process including resignation acceptance, notice period discussions, exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.

â Identify trends from exit feedback and share insights to reduce attrition.

â Coordinate knowledge-transfer and ensure smooth transition planning.

Talent & Performance Support:

â Support the performance review process for the US sales team.

â Facilitate probation reviews, performance discussions, and documentation.
