Key Skills Required

Backend:
- Java (8+), Spring Boot, Microservices
- RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Frontend:
- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Redux / Context API (Preferred)

DevOps & Tools:
- Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Agile methodology
- Docker / CI/CD (Basic knowledge preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Java and React
- Build robust REST APIs and reusable front-end components
- Write clean, maintainable, and secure code
- Collaborate closely with product management, QA, and DevOps teams
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers (for senior-level candidates)

Positive to Have:
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI or Bootstrap
