Requirements
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the Inside Sales Team to generate leads and build a strong sales funnel.
- Meet with potential clients and conduct follow-ups via calls and emails.
- Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Lead with ethics, empathy, and inspire your team to achieve excellence.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Operations Manager.
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about Internet Leased Line services.
- Answer inquiries about the company's Internet Leased Line services.
- Understand customer needs through active questioning and close sales.
- Direct potential clients to the field sales team when required.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Process orders efficiently and handle any grievances professionally.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful client information.
- Build and nurture relationships within the B2B segment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely deal closure.
- Demonstrate robust English communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (Minimum 3 years).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and sell technical solutions.
- Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
