Qualification - Graduation / ITI mechanical engineering

Salary - Up to 25k

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives and performance.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of recent team members.
