Our Financial Advisory Services team provides comprehensive solutions and
support to large global institutional investors, including bulge bracket
investment banks, leading private equity firms, hedge funds, and other lenders.
We focus on two core mandates: a) Valuations of clients' investment
positions, b) Modelling and Portfolio Analytics. The workstreams could
involve any part of a deal/transaction lifecycle, from origination to
valuations and reporting. These deals/transactions span diverse private
credit + asset classes and investment structures like Asset Based
Finance, Whole Loan Portfolios, Corporate Credit, Significant Risk Transfer, etc.
Work closely
with the clients in supporting them through various stages in the life cycle of
an investment transaction across various credit and alternative asset classes –
loan portfolios, securitisations, corporate credit and other structured credit
products, specialty financing and real estate. The role
would involve working on one or more of the following:
- Create credible, flexible,
transparent financial models for periodic valuations for alternative investment
firms. This includes developing models from scratch and running sensitivities
and scenarios.
- Building long-term client
relationships through exceptional client service includes a deep understanding
of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness, and the delivery of
the highest quality service and work product
- Take a lead on implementing valuation approaches for current
asset types and complex valuations.
- Extract relevant data from information
memorandum, facility agreements, or rating agency reports as required by clients
or for modelling purposes.
- Independently gathering data related
to the investments/models. Analyze the historical portfolio performance data,
identify market benchmarks and gather insights to run the valuations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant
accounting standards (eg IFRS 13/ ASC 820) and regulatory. Continuously monitor
