Hiring for the position of Architect for a Construction and Real Estate Sector in Bhubaneswar location.

Job Role:

Project Planning & Design:
 Creating architectural designs, considering structural integrity, aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
 Proficient in Mivan construction techniques, which involve the use of aluminum formwork systems for productive and fast-paced construction of high-rise buildings.

Technical Expertise
 Ensuring the building's structural integrity and safety through appropriate designs and engineering solutions.

3. Quality Control and Assurance:
 Conducting regular site visits to monitor the construction progress, ensuring quality standards are maintained and addressing any discrepancies.
 Implementing measures to guarantee that the final structure meets design expectations and quality benchmarks.

Experience: Min 7 years in Architectural work.
