Role & Responsibilities

Property Sourcing & Expansion
- Identify suitable properties and build a solid funnel of property options in geographies planned for franchise network expansion.
- Conduct market research on target locations to source properties at optimal commercial term

Networking & Market Intelligence
- Build, network, and maintain a strong local presence in assigned geographies.
- Research current market trends and local activities to leverage opportunities for property acquisition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and consultants for sourcing Grade A properties.
- Possess and apply in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market conditions across relevant micro-markets.

Data Management & Reporting
- Update broker details, sourced property information, and property photographs on the company’s ZOHO portal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related data.

Centre Development & Fit-Out Coordination




- Facilitate and assist in centre infrastructure development and track civil work progress on a regular basis.
- Review new centre fit-out checklists before launch and ensure alignment with the company’s ambience manual.

Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with the legal team for property due diligence and internal approvals.
- Assist in managing security deposits, agreement drafting, registration processes, and property handover.
- Support end-to-end project execution related to property acquisition and centre launch.

Stakeholder Management
- Utilize market intelligence and marketplace analysis to recommend suitable properties to franchise partners.
- Present and justify property recommendations, convincing partners on the most viable property options for their centre format.

Requirements
â Any Graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate & Property dealing.

â Significant real estate exposure, broking & leasing experience in the respective territory
