About the Role

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with 7–9 years of professional experience to lead backend development for complex, scalable systems. This role combines deep technical expertise, client-facing engagement, and leadership responsibilities. You will design, implement, and optimize backend services,



drive delivery excellence, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have
- Lead backend system design, estimation, and implementation efforts.
- Build and deploy highly scalable APIs on AWS, applying best practices in networking (VPC, DNS, NLB, Cloud NAT).
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure deployments with CORS, WAF, and IAM policies.
- Act as the client-facing technical lead during discussions, deep-dives, and delivery presentations.
- Guide L3–L5 engineers, review architecture decisions, and mentor team members.
- Deliver large components/modules, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scale.
- Balance 50% leadership (reviews, client alignment) and 50% individual contribution (core components, POCs).
